Registration of Birth

Births must be registered within 3 months. Applications between 3–12 months from birth must include a written explanation for the delay.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Form B4
• Original Saudi hospital birth certificate with certified Arabic translation
• Copies of parents' passport data pages
• Parents' marriage certificate (certified by MFA).

B6 is for late registration; use the form appropriate to the age of the child. Citizenship registration is a separate process. The Embassy will confirm which declarations are required.
