Emergency Travel Documents

An Emergency Passport (NMRP — Non-Machine-Readable Passport) is issued for expired-passport replacement, as an interim solution while a new passport is processed, and for repatriation assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Form K-35
• Personal request letter
• Police complaint copy (local station / Jawazat)
• Birth certificate & copies (if available)
• Previous passport (if available)
• 4 colour photos (4.5×3.5 cm, within 3 months)
• Prior Immigration Department approval is required.

• No passport (copy available) 635
• +95 if already applied

PROCESSING 

5 working days

Use the overseas K-35A application, which includes an emergency certificate option.
